The callback that is invoked when a URL request is about to occur and the initial HTTP headers have been prepared through the proxy connection.

The callback can be used to add, modify, and delete the HTTP request headers before they will be sent to a web server.

Use the BeforeSendProxyHeadersCallback.Response.override(List) to modify the HTTP request headers.

Use the BeforeSendProxyHeadersCallback.Response.proceed() method if you do not need to modify the headers.

If the callback throws an exception, the BeforeSendProxyHeadersCallback.Response.proceed() method will be invoked.
